*GOOD HABITS

-Cycling

-Drink the water my body needs

-Not watch too much tv

-Don't waste food

-Go out to admire nature whenever you can

-Dedicate time for myself and my hobbies

*BAD HOBBIES

-Sleep a little

-Not exercising

-Temporary solutions instead of definitive solutions

-You speak without knowing

-Make excuses to get out of trouble

-Not eating healthy

-Leave everything for later
